LORI FLOWERS

Co-Founder/CEO Triple Step for a Cure

After recently losing her sister and only sibling to triple negative breast cancer, Lori vowed to use this deeply personal experience as well as her professional background and work with social justice programs to raise awareness and support women who are bravely battling this disease.

As an attorney with civil and criminal experience, Lori has worked in both the public and private sectors. Upon graduation from Howard University School of Law, Lori worked as an associate at the law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP where she represented and advised clients in corporate transaction and governance matters. One of these clients was a breast cancer research foundation and in working with them, Lori first developed a strong interest in breast cancer awareness.

Lori also worked as a public defender in San Francisco where she represented both juvenile and adult clients and helped to establish M.A.G.I.C. (Mobilization for Adolescent Growth In Our Communities), a community collaborative designed to service the needs of youth and their families living in disadvantaged communities. Lori currently lives and works in Southern California.
