Estados Unidos de América el presidente Barack Obama ha dicho que el momento es propicio para las economías africanas crezcan mediante el aprovechamiento de la Ley de Crecimiento y Oportunidades para África (AGOA).El presidente Obama dijo también con la extensión de la AGOA para 2025, se mostró optimista de que muchas de las economías africanas crecerían más fuerte.

President Obama said it was important that African countries
supported the new initiative entitled ‘Enterprise for Development: A New Policy Approach Towards Africa’ whose objective was to extend AGOA to 2025.
