While speaking with your guests this morning you mentioned C&S water (or spicy water as your son called it) and I have attempted to find Simply Wholesome’s on-line with no success. I am a nursing mom who is now back to work and have had to fight a couple of bugs trying to enter my system. I would love to boost my fighter cells. Where can I get the recipe. I am not ofter in the Inglewood area so is there any other way to get this recipe other than going in the store.
Thank you for your assistance,
Tani

Hi, Tani!
Briefly, as a nursing mom, you must be VERY careful with the herbs and supplements you take. I would stick to those that are more food-based and may not be damaging to the baby’s developing organ systems, such as ginger, garlic, turmeric (the main spice in curry), alfalfa and astragalus root.
Make sure you continue to take your prenatal vitamins, drink a lot of water, get as much rest as you can (I know how challenging that can be as a new mom!) and eat well overall.
You can email me at BrandiNicholsonNutrition@gmail.com and we can talk further.

Sorry for all of the typos but this gray scale is very hard to read for correcting purposes.
