Wings of Refuge, Inc. is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit family services agency dedicated to serving the needs of the communities within the greater Los Angeles area. The agency was founded in 1997 by Ms. Renee Moncito. Their mission is to facilitate family reunification through building stronger communities one family at a time. To deliver relevant, outcome based, needed services and resources that are of the highest quality and standards. Ms. Moncito is a dynamic speaker and motivator who has developed hundreds of certified foster parents through training and mentorship. Her dedication to families and communities is a driving force to the corporate focus on building stronger communities, one family at a time and her tremendous strength, character and spirit serve as the catalyst to “help others help themselves”.
