Purusha Hickson

Purusha Hickson is the founder and director of Stretch for Success Seminars. A hatha yoga teacher for more than 35 ans, his principle teacher is Swamini Turiyasangitananda, aka Alice Coltrane, and he holds a senior hatha yoga teaching certificate from The Vedantic Center in Agoura, Californie. Purusha has studied with some of the great teachers of this age, including BKS Iyengar, Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, and Swami Satchidananda. Dans 1999, Purusha conceived, organized, and facilitated (with the help of The International Association of Black Yoga Teachers), the Lifting the Embargo On Our Hearts Festival of Yoga and Music in Havana, Cuba. which played a role in the present day shift of US-Cuba relations.
