JAMES HART (center), was the partner of Swat Officer Randy Simmons. He is a veteran of the Los Angeles Police Department with more than 27 years experience as a Police Officer, SWAT Instructor, and as a Use Of Force Instructor. James has been with the S.W.A.T. team for the past 17 years, and has served as a Tactical Element Team member, Crisis Negotiator, Police Sniper, Self-Defense Instructor, and Hand to Hand Combat Instructor. In addition to his current assignment, James has also worked Gang Suppression and Narcotic Enforcement. He has participated in many major crime task-forces’ which included working in and out of control gang/narcotic projects and housing developments.
