LIFE D. GRIFFITH

M.. Life D. Griffith serves as the Executive Director of Veteran Health Solutions (VHS). VHS is a non profit association based in Los Angeles and specializes in educating the veteran community about the benefits of cannabis. Prior to creating Veterans Health Solutions, M.. Griffith served as a Legal Administrative Specialist & Minority Veteran Program Coordinator for the West Los Angeles Department of Veterans Affairs from 2012 à 2015. His responsibilities included serving as the primary contact for the veteran benefit programs and entitlement criteria, conducted interviews, identified pertinent issues, gathered relevant medical evidence, adjudicated claims, and processed data necessary to generate awards and notification letters for veteran payments. He was also responsible for sponsoring all minority veterans and their beneficiaries including briefing veteran organizations throughout the Los Angeles Counties.

His military education, award and decorations include the Primary Leadership Development Course, Emergency Medical Technician Course, Trauma AIMS and PHTLS Course. The Army Commendation medal, the Joint Service Achievement medal, (2) Army Achievement medals, (2) Good Conduct medals, the National Defense medal with bronze star, the NCOES medal, the Global War on Terrorism Medal, the Korean Defense Service Medal, the Army service ribbon, the Overseas service medal, the Joint Meritorious Unit Award, the Meritorious Unit Commendation medal with oak leaf cluster, the Army superior unit award, the Cold War Recognition Certificate and the French Commando Badge with fourragere. M.. Griffith is personally committed to service-based leadership and to improving the lives of his fellow veterans and others. Life is a tenacious leader in his community and is an active member of The American Legion, Veteran of Foreign Wars and Disabled Veterans of American. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and a Master’s of science degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Leadership from the American College.
