Before coming to UNCF, Jennifer served as managing director of development at Communities in Schools Los Angeles, an organization dedicated to surrounding students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life. While there, she launched the organization’s first Giving Tuesday fundraising initiative, doubled annual campaign revenues and significantly increased annual gala revenue. Before joining the CISLA team, Jennifer was senior director of development at Jumpstart Southern California.
