Grayce Liu & Rashad Rucker-Trapp

Grayce Liu (right), is the Interim General Manager of the Department  holds a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from UC Santa Cruz. She has worked as the Senior Project Coordinator for DONE since November 2007. Rashad Rucker-Trapp (left), previously worked for the LA Department of Recreation & Parks  where he helped develop programming for youth living in the West Adams, Jefferson Park & Baldwin Hills Communities and for the L.A. City Council Redistricting Commission were he conducted outreach to neighborhood and civic organizations throughout the city of Los Angeles for 22 public hearings held throughout the city to gather public input regarding the new city council boundaries for Los Angeles’ 15 City Council districts.
