General de Jeff (Far left) is a first generation West Coast Hip-Hop pioneer turned community activist for the residents of Skid Row in Downtown Los Angeles. He has been active in the community for over 9 años. He Founded the community organization, Issues and Solutions, en 2007. He is a state appointed official as a member of the Advisory Committee in the Office of Health Equity through the California State Department of Public Health.
