Dr. Hunt is a Professor for the UCLA Sociology Department and the Director of the UCLA Ralph J. Bunche Center for African American Studies. He also oversees the Race and Hollywood Project, a research initiative which focuses on the issue of diversity in the Hollywood entertainment industry.

It was good listening to you and Byron Allen a few morning ago – informative! I am a Hollywood Studio Driver – Teamsters 399, and currently there is a brotha spearheading a movement with a major studio executive to address the inequality in the film/entertainment industry.
