Kelly G. is currently the Head Of Creative Strategy for 300 Studios, a content and film studio division of 300 Entertainment he co-foundedwith Kevin Liles and former Viacom Executive Nolan Baynes. In his role he leads the creative and content development strategies forthe entire 300 Studios programming and development slate. He is currently Executive producer for a Netflix Documentary on NASCARDriver Bubba Wallace slated to debut in the 1st quarter of 2022.

With over 15 years in Music Programming, Production, and Marketing for various companies including Clear Channel, Viacom andSean “P-Diddy” Combs’ REVOLT TV, Kelly G. Griffin has honed a unique talent of identifying up and coming superstars Music powerhouses like Kanye West, John Legend, Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole, and Drake were given theirfirst national exposure through Kelly G.’s programming strategy, production and passion for music.

Once ranked #2 on The Source Magazine’s Power 30 list, Kelly G recently served as Head of Music Programming & Talent for REVOLTTV & Media. In this role at the Sean “P. Diddy” Combs new music channel, Kelly G led the music and talent strategy across variouslinear and digital programming and off channel activations. He was also responsible for the creation and developing various originalprogramming including REVOLT Sessions, the network’s first live music series that has featured many breakout artists including Grammynominated artists Kehlani, BJ The Chicago Kid, PJ Morton and Ro James. He went on to partner with Harry Belafonte’s Sankofa.org toproduce a thought provoking social justice special entitled Operation Get Home Alive featuring Usher, Mali Music, and CNN ContributorSimone Sanders.

Prior to joining REVOLT, Kelly G. served as Senior Director of Music Programming and Specials for Black Entertainment Televisionwhere he played a key role in developing, producing and programming various BET franchises including 106 & Park, Music Matters, andThe BET Awards. Using his gift to identify up and coming superstars, Kelly helped develop a ground breaking new music platform calledMusic Matters. The program leveraged BET’s massive on air and digital platforms (including The BET Awards) to impact record andconcert ticket sales and play a critical role in launching the careers of artists like Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole, Miguel, LaCrae and Jessie J.While at BET, Kelly also established himself as a premiere programmer and talent booker for various concerts and festivals includingSXSW, A3C Hip Hop Festival and BET Experience. He developed and launched the first BET national sold out concert tours for artistsincluding Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole, Marsha Ambrosius, K. Michelle and Trey Songz. On the festival side he has leveraged his deepindustry relationships to book many acts including Beyonce, Outkast, T.I., Big Sean, and Melanie Fiona.

Prior to joining REVOLT & BET, Kelly G worked for Chicago’s Number One rated hip-hop and R&B station, WGCI. Recruited bylegendary radio programmer Elroy Smith, Kelly G lead the production for many of the top rated shows including Steve Harvey’s first evermorning show, The George Wallace Show, Tom Joyner and Doug Banks. He eventually landed his own trend setting four-hour mix showcalled Da Bomb; a show that ultimately maintained a number one rated position for over 5 years.
