David Farrell

David Farrell is a California bankruptcy attorney Long Beach CA. He helps financially distressed individuals and small business owners get out of debt using chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy. He was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, where he graduated from the University of Hawaii with a Bachelor’s Degree in English. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Whittier Law School in 2006 where he earned a Dean’s Merit Scholarship and was a member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Board. While he was in law school he worked as an extern for the Honorable Terry J. Hatter, Jr., Senior U.S. District Court Judge, Central District of California. He also acted as a mediator in the small claims division of the Superior Court of Orange County. After graduating from law school and passing the bar in November, 2006, he was hired as an associated at Johnson Oakleaf, APC. In 2010 he opened his own practice as a bankruptcy attorney in Long Beach CA.

He is a member of the State Bar of California admitted to practice in all courts of the State of California, the United States District Court, Central District of California, and the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central and Eastern District of California. He is also now, or has been, a member of the following professional associations:
