Chris O'Quinn

Chris O’Quinn recently transferred back to Los Angeles County as Assistant Chief for the Southern Division office of the California Highway Patrol (CHP) after serving as an Assistant Chief in Central Division in Fresno, CA. Prior to these assignments, Assistant Chief O-Quinn served as a tenured middle manager working assignments throughout Los Angeles County since 2000.

    Hello I don’t get something like this why would you bring in someone who cannot TALK about the hold deal with this girl being bet down like she was.This guy sounds like he was trying to sale us on the CHP and gave up the hold show to him. I mean maybe 2 people got to talk and sure they were hand picked.
