For this week’s Black News Wednesday, Jasmyne let us know about the reward being offered by the City of Inglewood regarding the murder of Ira Koger on February 25 and Lil Eazy E and Charlie’s Angel’s adoption of the Brown family and Watts’ McCoy Plaza.

Inglewood Murder Reward

The city of Inglewood today announced a reward of up to $25,000 for information that helps solve the murder of a 21-year-old man gunned down in his car nearly 10 months ago. Ira Koger was shot about 10:30 am. on Feb. 25 as he was sitting in his vehicle at 836 Dans. Beach Ave., a dit le Lt. Oscar Serrano of the Inglewood Police Department.

Anyone with information about the slaying was asked to call Detective Loyd Waters of the department’s homicide section at (310) 412-5246.
