Procureur Caree Harper

Caree Harper strongly believes in the attorney-client privilege, and will go to the greatest depths to protect her clients’ secrets and confidences. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mme. Harper was a police officer. While on the police force, Mme. Harper was recognized for excellent service, receiving a “Marksman Medal” et un “Lifesaving Medal” for diving into a canal of water, pulling out an unconscious, submerged driver and performing CPR until the victim was airlifted to safety, where he fully recovered.

Comme un avocat, Mme. Harper a une expérience de jury fédéral et de l'État, and is undefeated in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. She has obtained significant downward departures for federal criminal defendants and recently successfully argued before a three-judge panel at the 9th Circuit for a reversal of the lower Court’s ruling in a federal civil rights action. Ms Harper has helped many victims of civil rights violations.
