先生. Neely Fuller, Jr的. was born on October 6, 1929 at the height of the Great Depression. He served in two branches of the Armed Forces. He served in the Army during the Korean War Conflict for his first term. For his second term, he served in the Air force during the Little Rock 9 era where 9 black youths went to an all white high school during desegregation.

在这期间, he wrote the first six pages of his book which grew to 1,300 页面, which he carried around in a suitcase. When Mr. Fuller, Jr的. left the military in 1984, he organized the pages into a more comprehensive form by placing them in note binders. These “notes” evolved into a ground-breaking analysis of the system of white supremacy called THE UNITED INDEPENDENT COMPENSATORY CODE/SYSTEM/CONCEPTS: a textbook/workbook for thought, 发言, and/or action for victims of racism (白人至上). 在 2010, 先生. Fuller, Jr的. expanded his concept to explain our modern-day use of words in his second book, “A Compensatory Counter-Racist Codified Word Guide.”
