Hundreds Attended KJLH-FM Town Hall Meeting Regarding Racial Profiling, Black Men, and Next Steps

Los Angeles, Calif – Los Angeles radio station KJLH-FM, the leading broadcast radio station for African-Americans and urban consumers in Southern California, hosted a town hall meeting entitled “Black Men Standing Our Ground: Justice for Trayvon Martin” on Saturday, March 31, 2012 in Inglewood, Calif. at Faithful Central Bible Church.
The town hall meeting discussed what has and has not changed in the 20 years since the 1992 uprising in Los Angeles as well as next steps for Los Angeles’ African-American community.

KJLH’s Dominique DiPrima, host of the award-winning Front Page Show, Minister Tony Muhammad of the Nation of Islam, and Pastor Lewis Logan, co-founder of Ruach Christian Community Fellowship moderated the 3-hour discussion which was broadcast live on KJLH 102.3 FM.
