Bill Gates offers $100K grant for ‘next generation condom’

Bill Gates announced through his foundation he will give a $100,000 grant to whoever can invent the “next generation condom.”

The estimated 80 grant recipients can apply for a follow-up grant worth up to $1 million from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

I guess he wants everyone to start wearing a balloon… POP
The only new way of education for condoms, is to advertise it as a commercial, which is banned from TV advertising…
