This week’s Ultimate Transformation Moment is about a subject that I’ve never touched upon but it’s one of the most major topics that we can talk about when we reflect on our personal growth, personal potential, and how we connect to the universe and to the people and families around us. That simply is love, especially self love.

When you define the word love, you’re looking at that energy that is at the center of all things in the universe. That love is God. So when we say God is love and we are expressions of God and love, that means simply our root selves is the spirit of God, which is composed of God. But when you have self love, that means you’re recognizing that within your temple, who you are, is that power source and that power source connects to every thing in the universe. Every living thin in the universe you’re connected to but most of all, it’s that God is not a separate self. God is inside of us.

So we begin defining ourselves first by understanding that we have an unlimited power that has brought us into being in this realm. The universe, whatever you want to call, God, lives inside of us and that alone tells us that our potential is unlimited.

The only way it can be limited is through how we think so let’s in this moment in time, recognize ourselves with true love by recognizing that we possess a power that’s God inside of us and with the God potential, anything that we can contemplate on can come into being.

When you have self love, you have the ability to define yourself. That means the things that feel to good to you. That means it’s right. Your heart and emotions are the parameters for that, when you’re recognizing what’s right for you.

Not all the time does cognizance do it but the heart tells you if it feels right then it’s right. So when we are in relationships, in business dealings, sometimes that feeling comes over us, ‘This is not right. I shouldn’t get on this bus today.’

Recognize that. That’s that God spirit inside of you speaking to you. Don’t ignore it. That leads you to the place where you should be. The second part of that is when you love yourself and give yourself the highest image, then you can connect to the highest images of other people.

You start attracting people into your life that’s at the level of self love that you are and then we perpetuate stronger relationships because we’re recognizing the recognizing the greatness in each other.

We’ve all flown on an airplane where we’ve been told in case of cabin pressure loss, the mask falls down. If you’re traveling with children, they tell you place the mask first over your face then over your child’s. Simple analogy. You can’t save anyone unless you save yourself.

You have to start loving you and recognizing that true potential in you before you can truly connect and recognize that true potential in others.

The last piece is that when you develop a strong sense of self love, there’s nothing in this world that is equal to it. That means love conquers all.

In this season, when we’re in a giving mood, let’s not just let it shut down after Christmas or New Year’s. Let’s continue to keep that open-minded giving mood but stay in a place wherein which you’re focusing on developing more self love. This self love is what’s going to help us change our community, which will change our family, and eventually change the world.

That’s our Ultimate Transformations Moment!

Peace and Be More!
