The 2nd Annual San Fernando-San Clarita Valley College Planning Conference

Please join the Valley Nupes for the 2nd Annual San Fernando – Santa Clarita Valley College Planning Conference that will focus on African-American male students in grades 11- 12. The purpose of this event is to increase the college preparation, enrollment, and graduation rate for African-American male students. During the event, we’ll discuss:

• The Four Systems of Education

• Financial Aid & Scholarships

• Historical Black Colleges & Universities (HCBUs)

• What to Expect your Freshman Year

• Panel Discussion with Young Men Currently in College

The event will be held on Sun. September 30th  at the Thousand Oaks Room Cal State University Northridge 18111 Nordhoff Street Northridge, CA 91330.  This is a free event. Please submit additional questions to sfscvnupe@gmail.com. We look forward to seeing you there!
