Emotions Run High After Deputies Fatally Shoot 16-Year-Old Boy

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) — A 16-year-old boy was shot to death in the Westmont area of Los Angeles, one of two deputy-involved shootings in the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s patrol area in just four hours.
