Attorney May is a triple threat. She is unique in her training in that she earned a joint JD/MBA degree from the University of Iowa, College of Law and the University of Iowa, Tippie School of Management, respectively. Prior to becoming an attorney, she earned her Bachelors of Business Administration with a focus on finance from Howard University. Attorney May began her legal career as a corporate associate at the 200 plus attorney national law firm of Wildman, Harrold, Allen and Dixon in Chicago. She left the firm to relocate to Los Angeles to pursue her dream to be an entertainment lawyer. Attorney May has experience on both sides of the deal. She worked as a Business Representative and Advisor in Entertainment Contracts at the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) where she was responsible for clearing film and television productions, reviewing chain of title and advising business representatives in the theatrical and television departments on various production matters.
