A new crowdfunding effort hopes to #BringHarrietHome. On Tuesday (March 7), the Harriet Tubman Home launched an online campaign, aimed at raising $25,000 to help buy a newly discovered photo of Tubman, which goes up for sale later this month. The photo, believed to have been taken when Tubman was in her ’40s, is expected to fetch between $25,000-$30,000.
