Coach E & Big John

Erich Nall is the Owner and Founder of Ultimate Transformations Training (www.ultimatetransformations.com) in Los Angeles, California. He has coached and trained many successful professional athletes, actors, models and others in the entertainment industry for the past 18 years. The certified trainer, nutritionist, motivational speaker, and dedicated life coach is a regular guest and commentator on KJLH 102.3 FM’s the “Front Page with Dominique DiPrima” and contributing writer for Volleyball Magazine and Our Weekly Newspaper in Los Angeles, CA. Erich is also the President and Founder of Collegiate Search Youth Organization, which offers tutorial support and academic assistance to students in the successful matriculation from elementary through college graduation. Erich has inspired athletes, coaches, students, families and individuals at health conferences, schools, nonprofit organizations, and private businesses.

John E. Harriel Jr.,  a.k.a “Big John” supervises the IBEW 11 union electrician project.  Harriel sits as the superintendent for the Kaiser Baldwin Hills project.   As ann Executive Board of EWMC (Electrical Worker Minority Caucus), Harriel’s utilizes his efforts to support the sustainability of progression for youth in the black community.   Through his support in collaboration with”2nd Call” organization,  Harriel has given light to many who are in need of another opportunity in our community.   2nd Call has continuously grown each year with a bright glow shining proudly on the name and has quickly become the organization often referred to when mentioning Trauma Informed Care with facilitation of Parenting, Anger Management, Domestic Violence and Re-Entry programs. However 2ndCall just like the moon has no direct light and can only shine bright because of the reflection of the light above.
