Racial Inequality Headlines Congressional Progressive Caucus Summit

BALTIMORE — The scene was relaxed. The ties came off. Kicks got laced. Charm City was a breeding ground for progressivism, interracial understanding and an honest discussion about racial justice at the Progressive Congress Strategy Summit on Friday.
